Portfolio Manager
Mr. Del Vecchio is the founding member of DV Capital Management, LLC. He has over 25 years of professional investment management experience, including as managing partner of the Investment Supervisory Group of Prudential Securities.
At Prudential, he was Senior Portfolio Manager, Executive Vice President of ISG, and director of Investment Policy for institutional accounts. His responsibilities included supervision of portfolio administration, traders and research analysts, and the oversight of all administrative, compliance, and analytical reporting.
Prior to founding DVCM, Mr. Del Vecchio was Executive Vice President, Sr. Portfolio Manager of Cypress Capital Management, where he led the Investment Policy Committee in asset allocation, sector, industry, and issue decisions. He holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from Duquesne University, and is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY, where he earned Bachelors and Masters degrees in philosophy and economics. He has spent his entire professional career managing portfolios for individuals and their families, foundations, endowments, institutional, and corporate clients.
